How do I book a tattoo with you?
Head to the bookings form and shoot me your idea or the flash design you’re after! I reply in 1-3 business days.  If your idea doesn’t pertain to my illustrative style that’s okay too, I’m open to all tattooing styles and will be sure to let you know if what you’re after isn’t in my wheelhouse.

Do you do custom work?

Yes and I’m honored you would trust me with your design. Custom pieces tend to attract a higher price than flash and will never be repeated on anyone else. To book in for a custom please be as descriptive as possible about the design you envision.

If possible, include reference images of the subject and style you’re after. For example, an image of a frog sitting on a rock with another image of a certain drawing/tattoo style you like.

Include the approximate size in centimeters as well as ideal placement. I’ll be sure to check that I understand your vision before confirming a booking date. After I make sure we’re on the same page and a deposit + drawing fee has been paid I will begin working on your design!

I understand that custom tattoos are an exercise of trust in me as an artist. For this, I ask that you please ensure you’re familiar with my previous work and like my drawing style before requesting a custom. However, don’t be afraid to request something in a style you haven’t seen me do before, I’m always up for a challenge. I’ll be sure to be honest if anything is not in my wheelhouse and direct you to a more suitable artist.

How do flash designs work?
Flash designs are pre-drawn tattoos that are ready to go as is. Sizing and placement is entirely up to you! However, If your desired size is too small for the design I’ll be sure to advise and we can alter it to accommodate. Some alterations to a flash design may be considered custom work but I will be sure to let you know if that’s the case.

Can I bring my own design for you to tattoo?
Yes! If you drew your own design and want me to tattoo it, I’d be more than happy to do so. Even if the drawing is just a quick sketch of an idea, we can work it into a tatoo-able design. For other people’s art, please email me as I take it on a case by case basis.

How does your pricing work?
My pricing is based of how complex the tattoo is, how long it will take, and placement, as some areas of the body can be particularly difficult to tattoo.

50% of the tattoo’s price goes to me and 50% is owed to the shop I work in. When my take home percentage is higher, your tattoo also becomes cheaper. All tattoos are given an approximate quote based on your desired size/placement.

Cash payment is preferable but you can pay via bank transfer if need be. The shop doesn’t have eftpos facilities at the moment.

How does the deposit work?
All bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit. The deposit comes off the total price of the tattoo. For custom tattoos, the drawing fee is between $50-$100 depending on the complexity of the design and is also non-refundable. The drawing fee also comes off the total price of the custom tattoo. The deposit/drawing fee is payable via bank transfer and must be paid within 48hrs of prompting. Without a deposit your booking date and design will be forfeited.
Please ensure you are in a position to receive a tattoo before making a booking request.

I need to re-book!
If you need to reschedule please let me know at least with 48hrs notice. I don’t bite! Life happens, it’s okay 🙂
I’ll be sure to find you a new time to book in. If you need to reschedule a second time afterwoulds, a new deposit is required.

Do you have merch?
I currently don’t have merch. However, my beloved partner’s ready to wear label is available for purchase at lucastucci.com.

Your booking form is down!
If for some reason the booking form does not work, please email me directly to book in.

Where are you based?
I currently work at Little Arts Tattoo in Leichhardt, Sydney. When I take guest spots in other cities I’ll be sure to post about it on my Instagram!

How do I purchase a print of your artwork?
Prints are able to be purchased on a per request basis. They’re printed on 300gsm cotton paper with a natural white finish in A5, A4, and A3 sizes. To view my illustration portfolio or for inquiries email olympiaschulte@outlook.com.

Do I have to talk during my tattoo session / How do I prepare for my tattoo session?
Once we start the tattoo, you are more than welcome to put headphones in, read a book, go on your phone, or even have a snooze. I’ll check in occasionally to make sure you’re comfortable and also for a food break for longer sessions.

Leading up to your tattoo, you can make your experience easier by moisturizing, getting plenty of sleep, and avoiding alcohol 24hrs before the booking. The day of your tattoo, make sure to eat something before hand and feel free to bring snacks. You can take as many breaks as needed during your session. Food breaks will not be counted towards the total time of your session and you will not be charged for them.
Please advise me prior to your booking if any accommodations need to be made (e.g a private room, space for a service animal, no speaker music)

I didn’t get a reply to my email/booking form submission? Make sure to whitelist my email address, olympiaschulte@outlook.com, or check your spam folders if you didn’t receive a reply to your form. I reply very regularly so if you haven’t gotten a response in more than a week shoot me a direct email / check spam folders. As a last resort you can DM me on Instagram if your emails don’t seem to be coming through.

I advocate for having a safe and welcoming experience in all tattoo studios.  The shop I work in and myself are welcoming of all people regardless of background, sexuality, and gender. Do not be afraid to voice any concerns or ask for your needs to be met. If you’re made to feel bad for experiencing pain during your tattoo with another artist, please let me know. The tattoo community no longer has space for those who make their clients feel bad for what can sometimes be a very painful experience. Additionally, all accommodations can be made so you do not have show parts of your body you do not want to. For example, if you’re getting a chest tattoo, you don’t need to completely take off your shirt if you don’t want to. Please advocate for yourself with artists who insist otherwise and don’t be afraid to walk out on an artist who makes you feel uncomfortable or unheard. Everyone deserves to have a enjoyable and consensual experience and I urge that you hold all artists to this standard.
